What Makes Tower+ Pure Whey Protein Isolate + Creatine Unique?
Tower+ Pure Whey Protein Isolate + Creatine is a gluten-free protein powder that provides 30 g of pure whey protein isolate, a total of 6.9 g of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), 3 g of creatine monohydrate plus a protease blend to support easy digestibility. Protein, which stems from the Greek word proteios, meaning “primary” or “of the first rank,” makes up about a fifth or 20% of the human body. The origin of the word speaks to why it should be such a primary focus when it comes to our overall health. Protein is a dietary component that helps the body promote healthy muscle growth and is an indispensable macronutrient built from essential amino acids that may support muscle recovery and assist in reducing occasional exercise-induced fatigue. Research has shown that consuming whey protein replete with BCAAs and creatine is more impactful for influencing the process of protein synthesis than consuming only protein. Tower+ Pure Whey Protein Isolate + Creatine delivers all three, including the purest form of whey protein derived from grass-fed cows.
Whey protein isolate is renowned for its numerous fitness and healthy aging muscle benefits. Pure isolate whey protein contains a greater percentage of total protein per gram when compared to concentrate or mixed protein sources. With 90% or more of each gram being whey protein, Tower+ Pure Whey Protein Isolate + Creatine offers you more of what you are looking for in a protein. This higher protein concentration is crucial for individuals seeking to maximize their protein intake without unnecessary calories or additives. Whey protein isolate is a cleaner protein compared to other forms of whey protein because it goes through a specific purification process known as crossflow microfiltration. In this filtration process, various particles, including fats, carbohydrates and lactose, are filtered out or otherwise isolated from the protein. The result is a purified form of whey protein that is lower in carbs and fats and may be more suitable for those looking for a low lactose diet. This filtration process is also what makes the protein more digestible and absorbable by the body and its muscles, helping your body to utilize the amino acids more quickly and effectively to contribute to performance and muscle strength. This makes it an ideal choice for athletes and fitness enthusiasts looking for a quick source of protein to support healthy muscle recovery and growth post-workout.
Whey protein isolate is effective in supporting lean muscle maintenance because of its high protein content and rapid absorption, especially in situations where you may need to control calorie intake. Research demonstrates that the amount of protein intake influences muscle protein synthesis; 20 g of protein intake is needed to stimulate the process. Protein synthesis is critical, as it aids in maintaining lean muscle mass. Although protein is an essential component of everyone’s diet, the more physically active someone is, the more protein they should consume. Not only BCAAs in general but specifically the BCAA leucine in whey protein has been shown to support healthy insulin sensitivity and subsequently healthy aging and muscle performance. A healthy insulin response can support our response to glucose and maintain a healthy weight.
Tower+ Pure Whey Protein Isolate + Creatine provides a diverse blend of amino acids, otherwise known as the building blocks of protein, including all nine essential amino acids, making it a complete protein. While nonessential amino acids are important for overall health, it is the essential amino acids — those not created by the body — that are most effective for supporting healthy muscle growth. BCAAs are a group of three essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine. Not only do they play a crucial role in muscle and fitness, as well as in promoting healthy aging, but they also have been shown to be beneficial for promoting healthy muscle growth and are specifically known for their metabolic properties, including protein synthesis.
BCAAs also comprise as much as 35% of the essential amino acid makeup of muscle proteins and about 21% of all the body’s protein content. A study examining the effects of BCAA intake indicated that consuming 5 g of BCAA before and after an exercise interval helped promote maximum muscle function; Tower+ Pure Whey Protein Isolate + Creatine can help you achieve that amount with 6.9 g of BCAA per serving. According to the American College of Sports Medicine, a healthy recommended daily intake of BCAAs should follow a 2:1:1 ratio of leucine (45 mg/kg/day) to isoleucine and valine (22.5 mg/kg/day). Tower+ Pure Whey Isolate + Creatine contains a higher amount of leucine to help support your recommended dietary intake. Leucine, in particular, is a stimulator of muscle protein synthesis. BCAAs, when consumed as part of a protein-rich diet provide the building blocks for promoting healthy muscle growth and supporting insulin sensitivity.
BCAAs, alone and when paired with creatine monohydrate, support overall athletic performance. During intense exercise, the body can use BCAAs as an energy source. The combination of ingredients in Tower+ Pure Whey Protein Isolate + Creatine may support muscle recovery, which can provide support to athletes, weekend warriors, fitness enthusiasts or those just getting back to the gym. BCAAs play a role in supporting healthy muscle growth, recovery and healthy muscle maintenance for healthy aging, including healthy retention of muscle throughout later decades of life.
With aging, it is natural that muscle strength decreases, and the performance of everyday activities may become more difficult. Creatine is a compound made up of three amino acids that acts as an energy supply for your muscles to promote overall performance. Tower+ Pure Whey Protein Isolate + Creatine is formulated with creatine monohydrate, the most substantiated and studied form of creatine. It is the most optimal form because of its bioavailability, which enables it to be taken up by the muscle more easily. The building block amino acids that create the compound creatine are responsible for fueling skeletal and cardiac muscle during exercise. The amino acids that make up creatine are linked to support of post-exercise fatigue and muscle recovery. Around 95% of creatine is used by the skeletal muscle during exercise. Creatine also helps to stop muscle breakdown and the buildup of lactic acid, helping to support reduced muscle soreness. Overall, when paired with resistance training, it provides benefits for the body in terms of helping to maintain muscle strength and functionality and assisting in reducing occasional exercise-induced fatigue in active men and women.
Each gusset bag of Tower+ Pure Whey Protein Isolate + Creatine provides 30 servings of French vanilla-flavored, high-quality pure whey isolate protein, sweetened to promote healthy muscle growth, and muscles are the key to longevity. Whether you are an athlete looking for a pre- or post-workout shake or someone looking for an extra supplemental protein source, Tower+ Pure Whey Protein Isolate + Creatine can help you reach your goal in the purest form. One small scoop for mankind, one giant leap for muscle.

Key Ingredients
Whey Protein Isolate
Whey protein isolate is a high-quality, complete protein extracted during cheese production that stands out against other forms of protein due to its refinement, which minimizes fat and lactose content, resulting in 90–95% pure protein. It is rapidly broken down into amino acids upon digestion. The amino acids are then transported to various body tissues, predominantly the muscles, where they aid in protein synthesis, which is crucial for promoting healthy muscle. The high concentration of branch-chained amino acids (BCAAs) in whey protein isolate fuel working muscles and may support the muscle recovery process post-exercise. Because of its nutritional profile, high bioavailability and absorption rate, whey protein isolate is a top choice for fitness enthusiasts and anyone seeking a boost in their daily protein intake.
Creatine Monohydrate
Creatine is an amine naturally produced in the body from amino acids in the kidney and liver that plays a vital role in skeletal muscle energy metabolism. Once ingested, the majority of creatine is stored in the skeletal muscles and converted into phosphocreatine. During high-intensity exercise, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) — the primary molecule for storing and transferring energy in cells — is rapidly depleted. The phosphocreatine reserve is utilized to regenerate ATP, supplying the muscle cells with an immediate energy source. As a supplement, creatine monohydrate may promote muscle strength and support overall athletic performance.
Papain
Papain is an essential proteolytic enzyme found in the tropical papaya fruit (Caria papaya). It acts as a biological catalyst when consumed, aiding our body’s natural digestive processes. Upon intake, it targets protein molecules, breaking them down into their constituent amino acids or smaller peptides through a process called proteolysis. This not only facilitates easier digestion but also aids in the absorption of nutrients.
FAQs
- What other products does nutraMetrix® Tower+ Pure Whey Protein Isolate + Creatine work well with?
GoTrim™ Slim and Prime Joint Support Formula by Isotonix may provide additional benefits for supporting physical performance and muscle health.
