Body Measurements

BMI Calculator

Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women.

Weight is required

Your BMI is:

(Under Weight) (Normal Weight) (Over Weight) (Obese)

Your BMI should fall between 18.5 - 24.9

Body Mass Index

Under Weight:

≤ 18.5

Normal Weight:

18.5 - 24.9

Over Weight:

25 - 29.5

The BMI is generally used to determine if you are underweight, normal, overweight or obese. BMI is one of the many ways to determine body composition – it doesn’t take into account an individual’s muscle mass with their weight.
