question !
For individuals with swallowing difficulties, is it acceptable to open a capsule and take the powder contents directly? Thank you.

Down 3.6 tge first week
I gave been taking this product for a week. I basically ate what I wanted just smaller portions. I did not totally cut out anything. I did increase my activity with Yoga. I was down 3.6 pounds. This is huge for me, as it is very hard for me to loose weight! Have tried countless diets and products.
