Have the ingredients changed since you changed the design of the label? I’m not getting the same sleep results since buying this new design bottle.

taste and dissolve
Actually I use Isotonix OPC3 for few years long , on-off and have introduced to quite a few friends. My cousin who's 90 yrs now, she loves it because she can eat and sleep well. Taking it when exhausted youI can feel how amazing it is after 15 minutes!!!
But this is my first time using Isotonix Magnesium with hope for my leg cramp matter:
- I love the taste and smell, very easy to drink
- I have a question about it's dissolving capable: I measure 1 full cap in to a 60ml water cup, stir for a while but there's still some stubborn white granules stay at bottom. I drink the clear top then add more water, stir more but even after few hrs...nothing changes. Scared!!! Of course I discarded that portion. May I have an answer for this problem?

As for the dissolving process, the white granules you've noticed are typically undissolved minerals, such as calcium and magnesium, which naturally dissolve slower. Another possible factor is silica, an FDA-confirmed food-grade ingredient that helps keep the powder free-flowing.
The dissolution time can be influenced by the temperature and type of water used. For instance, mineral water and water with a higher sediment content, especially from filters that might need changing, can affect how well the minerals dissolve. We recommend swirling the particles and consuming them, as they can still be absorbed effectively by the gut.

I was sound asleep!!
I received this product on Dec 18, and I took it at night before I went to bed. Little did I know, I was knocked out lol. One word 'WOW'

Energy and Sleep!
Taking magnesium in the morning gives me energy. Taking it before bed helps me sleep soundly through the night

this one is a must!
I love this product, it helps me feel my best during the day and at night. I use a cap right before bedtime and its a natural way to wind down after a long day. Such a great value and always have this in our house.
