Spring liver cleansing
Just like we have to change the filter in our vehicles our liver is the filter for our body. Cleaning it properly is important and this cleansing system is perfect! My salt cravings subside and I’m conscientious about what I eat which helps me to lose weight properly.

轻松完成《七天清肠排毒》
七天清肠排毒后的分享：1，尽可能的多吃蔬菜、附加水果和少量干果。多喝水，不饿也可以吃，促进排泄。2，体重下降了4斤，（我非常满意）因为我属于小基数一直在120斤掉不下去，今天终于降到我的标准体重，3，全程没有饥饿感和无力、不适感，第二、三天排便次数增加，第四、五天排黑便很舒服，肚子变软了！第六排便次数减少，有点馋😋（偷吃点）最后一天没有饥饿感就按三餐时间吃，看到自己预期的目标达到很开心🥳（另外照片对比是自然光照的，12/18天气晴朗，12/23今天阴天，所以两张照片有色差,非常开心的一次体验，感谢公司有这么好的产品。让我在2025年开始一身轻松！

Great results!
I used this kit to get me started on the Transitions Lifestyle System weight loss program. It was a gentle cleanse of my system as part of a detox regimen for the beginning of my weight loss program. During this week I lost 1.6 lbs and 2% body fat and 7 1/2 inches! I'm very pleased and hope that the loss continues during the rest of the program.
